  • Intentional Structure & Curriculum |

    • Our first weekend will focus on the purpose, principles and postures of Yin Yoga. Through lecture, discussion, and practice we’ll dive into the fundamentals and distinctions in this style of practice. This includes an intro to Five Element and Meridian theory, categorizing and learning variations of postures, as well as prop variations.

    • Our second weekend will focus on application to teaching and home practice. We’ll explore sequencing, practice teaching with feedback for those interested, and how to further integrate this style into your practice.

A Supportive Space to Learn | With a maximum of twelve students this intimate training will foster the environment for more in-depth conversation, exploration, and plenty of room to ask questions.

Time To Digest & Integrate | The three weeks between immersive weekends will allow space to practice, apply what you’ve learned, return with clearer questions, and more space to absorb the experience of weekend two.

Thoughtful Facilitation | With years of experience mentoring teachers and facilitating long form trainings, I pride myself on offering skillfully planned experiences where students feel supported and walk away with specific takeaways they can integrate into their practice and teaching.
