Join me on the Winter Solstice for a restful practice designed to support our transition into the next season. This completely guided practice will include longer held floor based postures followed by a guided yoga nidra, space to rest in savasana followed by a bit of journaling.
Please dress cozy and bring any additional props that would help you feel more comfortable during class such as a blanket, pillow, and/or bolster. Blocks and blankets will be available for use.
