Yin yoga is a completely grounded practice with longer held passive stretches accompanied by low lighting, gentle heat and a curated playlist.

Please bring any additional props that would help you feel more comfortable and supported during class such as a blanket and/or pillow. Blocks and blankets will be available for use.

This session is included in tuition for those a part of the Yin Yoga Immersion.
