Restorative yoga is a style of practice meant to facilitate relaxation in the body through the use of props. You can expect a fully supported practice with fewer poses and plenty of time to settle into the comfort of each shape before concluding with a nourishing savasana.
All essential props including blankets, bolsters and blocks will be provided. Please bring something soft to cover your eyes. I encourage you to dress cozy, including socks, as the nature of this practice does not build heat. It is normal to cool down as you relax.
